XPRESS YOUTH-the initial makeover

Last Dec(some date/12/12 to be precise), a regular hangout with my friends turned to a serious discussion about how we can make a change?
After a lot of brainstorming and making malayalam PUNS(we do that a lot),we finally came up with creating a website.As i'm the only computer guy,the entire idea never closed in on making JUST a website.The whole idea is to empower youth Art.


                    And how?it's quite what everyone thinks.During the 4years of B.tech, we gained contacts from all over kerala.Friends of us and their friends will be a great access to this project.A medium for all art-loving youngsters to communicate,create,co-produce and construct a firm art community in kerala,that's XPRESSYOUTH.

                   The idea was too much to swallow in a day, so we drafted a step-by step process.It's quite early to write the details now(hihi).....So,we started it by explaining it to our friends,then their friends

so the logo i drafted....

we are developing the site on domain xpressyouth.in.Our dream is to cover this project all over india,and maybe worldwide(may have to change the domain by then).

Logo for emergezz

Emergezz Solutions is a subsidiary of Oasis Al Bander Co. for General Trading & Contracting.
It deals with supply of Bio medical equipments, disposables and Security solutions. They supply the medical products produced by well- known manufacturing companies around the world.


The requirement was that logo has to be  inspired from space.Finally, i came up with this

 

It has an e in logo and a galaxy like design.I had to make it as simple as possible.

BEAT of clover-the beginning

"clover" is a symbol of prosperity and luck.The irish symbol stuck to me while i was an anime fan of "hacimitsu no clover"(honey and clover).The shape,the meaning just took over.From then on,i was determined to use the name for any program i initiate.But i needed something that joins with clover.A lot of thinking finally got me to think of topics like " something living,never dying"....speaking of dying,i thought jamming clover with heartbeat.The "heartbeat itself is a symbol of life; then connecting it with metaphor,the beat can be related to always trying(beating),busy(never stopping) and conserving(life).what more do i need for my initiative?...

clover heartbeat is just too long.Dropping the heart*(the word) just sounded better...

Thus cloverBEAT was born.

*writing the very sentence just made me think that i was being a bit heartless...LOL

clover synbolizes luck,comfort,prosperity and leading a carefree life.That made me choose this flower which looks more like an uniquely outgrown stem.So adding a little beat of my heart, i have sprout yet another work of art.Ipresent you, The clover BEAT
